Default After Rebuild Antifreez in the Oil.

Hi All,

I just finish rebuild my Engine. D16A6
Arp head Stuts,
Eagle Rods,Vitara Piston.
T3/T4 trim Garrett.
I still have water in the Oil i Just replaced the the head gasket again.
I check the heads for cracks and the block looks fine.
How i can check where the leak is. or Where the the water is coming from.
I let the the car running but the first 5 minutes wars fine.
Is there a way to test .
I did a Compression Test 125psi all Cylinder.
I torque the heAD with 50 lb-ft.

Thx torsten

radiator pressure tester pump it up and see if it drops and if it does see if it starts going into your oil

i have to look to have a Diagram from the coolant lines.
1 line goes from the intake manifold to to evap and 1 line goes to radiator line.

whens the last time you had the head and blocked checked for warpage? When you torque down the head bolts are you making sure the threads in the block are clean? Also, are you using lubricant with the head bolts?

^^ I was going to say the same thing. If your head or block is warped it doesnt matter how many new headgaskets you throw at it, its still gonna leak. If you blew the headgasket before you did the rebuild thats the main thing I definately would have checked.

I don't know if a d series has this but my friend once hooked up a coolant line that goes to the crossover tube (tube from water pump to thermostat housing) it has a port coming off of it in the middle and he hooked the line to a crankcase pressure port on the back of the block right above the crossover tube.

take it to a shop and let them figure it out... with the internet divine ball of "knowing wtf i did wrong" its not gonna help, you'll just exhaust all options and PROBABLY nail it.

take it to someone that knows, obviously that's not you.
