B series in EG hatch question

before anybody says it i have done a good bit of searching on the topic but i wanna know from peoples experiences which b series motor is the most bang for the buck in a eg hatch.

best bang for buck b16 or gsr.... b16 is cheaper.... either or... they both kick ***.

Do you live in California? If not, then build a reliable B20/Vtec and you cannot go wrong. But if you don't like B20V, go with a GSR's with some B16a cams.
