hello I have been workin on this project for a while now and i cannot figure out the problem. i have swapped a b17 into my 4dr and it runs, but not like it should. it seems sluggish and whenever i am getting on it it likes to bog out whenever i shift. i have to reset the key for it to be able to accelerate again.... i know that this isnt the best explination but i would really appritiate any insite into my problem.. thanks

Was your 4Dr EX or DX? DPFI to MPFI conversion?

 

it is an lx, yes it has been converted it to MPFI.

 

So you go the correct ECU, Injector resistor, Correct wiring pinouts etc??? Did you tripple check the Wiring? Did you use pins in the ECU plug???

 

yeah I have a chipped p28... I've gone over the wiring like 4 times. I am about ready to give up, but, my pops was the original owner and i have known this car forever...

 

Are you throwing any Check Engine codes?

I would double check the timing, just to make sure you are not off a tooth.
