Hi im looking at rebuilding my b18c1 in my current gsr but im not sure what spec to build it to. The motor recently made 200bhp @ the fly in standard trim with 98 spec type-r cams.

Now what im looking for is around 220-230bhp, im aiming at a full rebuild from bottom to top. Ive looked at the crower stroker kits but not sure what other options are out there.

On the to do list so far:

t-belt
tensioner
water pump
valve stem oilseals
main bearings
pistons

Is it worth going arp on the head bolts and rod bolts or will new standard items suffice?

Any info suggestions welcome
