Default Real or Fake???

I wanted to ask, what is the best way, to tell if a Spoon N1 DC2 is real or a fake? I was told by a friend that Spoon N1 fakes are out and apparently they look exactly like the real deal. Are there any markings on a real N1 that would indicate its authenticity????

I want to know if the exhaust I pay full value for is a JDM part or some Taiwanesse knock off, and if so... should I start loading the Glock 9mm!

If it says spoon on it, it must be real, just like cars....if it says Type R, it must be real

They don't say Spoon on them.

So what your saying is there are no markings on the exhaust unit itself?

Who'd you buy it from?

If you got a very low price from a private seller or hole in the wall shop, odds are it's fake.

I bought it from a local shop in TO. The owner of the shop has 3 other locations, he seems to do well for himself, 3 other locations, drives a Carrera 4s.... However, I just wanted to make sure its real... if I can.

go back to the shop and ask, if he says YES OF COURSE ITS THE REAL DEAL ask him to show you some paper work on his goods especially if he claims he buys directly from spoon in japan, then he should have invoices with spoon name on them, to prove its genuine. I dont know if you guys have the same laws but we have a thing over here called 'sale of goods and return act' and that means if we buy something and find out or believe its fake or whatever, the onus is on the seller to prove its the real deal or give the money back
