B18B 99 EK clutch slave throttle cable Question

Swaping an LS in my hatch. Will everything from my car's clutch line and slave work on the swap? What is the best throttle cable to use? I got a shorter EX cable for my intake manifold, would that work?

id use the civic si, im not sure if the ex will fit properly
