Default Boosted b16 Oil Question

OK this might be a noob question

i have a 2000 EM1 with stock b16 on 11psi

Whats the best oil for my setup?
and whats the best spark plugs to use
N how much oil the motor needs?

Spark plugs: Get NGK BKR7's
Your choice of oil depends on the climate in your area.
Brand-wise, lots of people here use Brad Penn oil, but I go with Royal Purple since they've given great results in independent testing. Stay away from Mobil 1. I'll get flamed for saying that, but go look at the motors that have been lost to M1 across the world (look it up cuz it's true). I've never been to texas but I think a 10w-30 should be fine for you.
