For 2nd gen Integra owners, where is the emergency light fuse?

For 2nd gen Integra owners, where is the emergency light fuse?
I've been trying to get to it the whole week. I see the diagram on the fuse box cover saying "Fusers - USA ALB 10A" , but I just can't find the damn thing. Anybody know where?

I replaced all the ALB fuses in the fuse box under the hood located on the passenger side strut tower. Is there another fuse box that I missed?

P.S. BTW my ABS is making noises, so I pulled out my ABS fuse. Could that be why?

the other fuse box is located inside the car at the driver-side kick panel. i would have the abs checked out because pulling the fuse shouldn't cause any noises to appear. what is it that you are hearing?

It was making noises when the fuse was in, so I pulled the fuse out.
I checked the fuse box under driver side kick panel. It says on the cover "Fuser - USA ALB 10A", but I can't see it. Could it be under the fuse box?
