How do you take off the starter assembly on a d16y8 manual trans car?

I want to take the plate that the starter motor and solenoid mount onto, off of the transmission. Are there any more bolts than the 2 large ones (pictured) that hold this plate to the trans?

theres only 2 14mm bolts ones really long.
