Seeking shop to modify wheels

I just got a set of 15x6.5 Volk CV-pros. It's 3 piece, the front lip comes off. Well I wanted to go a lower offset, Keeping the back and the middle piece, while lengthening the lip to a 1.5 - 3 inch.. Please PM me on where a shop that can do this work.. I know guys have changed the whole barrel it self but I just only wanted to do the front lip piece.... Is this possible??

thank You my buddy told me the same thing.. been chatting with these people about specs and price..
