Default REAR BRAKE IS STICKING

The pass. side rear brake on my '99 Si seems to keep getting stuck. I had/have aftermarket slotted rotors, and the reason I say had is that on that particular wheel they sent me the wrong side rotor (slots were going the wrong way). After a few more mix ups with the company I got them thru, I decided to just put the one I had got on and be done with it. Well I first noticed that the rear pass. rim was aways the dirtiest and after only a year or so of driving I have worn the pads (ceramic) out. First I switched back to my original stock rotor. No difference the rim still got way dustier than the others. Next I replaced the pads knowing that something must be wrong. I've driven the car for about two weeks now and it is still dragging.
I am thinking that I need a new caliper, but that is mostly a guess. I'm not sure how these brakes adjust themselves exactly. I know with drum brakes they adj. when you back up and stop, but do disc rear brakes do the same? I park on an inclined driveway at night so I use th E-brake everytime I park there. Could that be part of the problem? The other side rear seems to be working just fine, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
THANKS
