I was looking on a site which had specs for JDM honda's and I came across the Civic SiR EK4 it listed that it has a 18mm rear sway bar.This seems to be a great budget rear sway upgrade and since its 18mm subframe damage wouldnt be a problem.Does anyone know how to get a hold of this part somehow?

Are you sure it said 18mm? hmmm. Never seen that size before. Just 14mm, maybe im wrong. But no I wouldn't worry about subframe damage. It's when you go 22mm or bigger is when you should consider getting a reinforcement kit.
