ok so i have 95 civic recently my cat gave out and for those who didnt know cat went up due to new smog laws my cat used to be 60$ now they went up to 180$ im not going to spend that much money cuz my car dosent pass smog regular since i have goodies!straight to the point i had to go straight piped but i dont like so much noise im running a magnaflow 2 and half piping and dc headers what can i do to reduce noise plz help???need all opinions or suggestions do those ebay high flow cat reduce noise?
