Default what was the reason for the fuel pressure jump in 91??

just wondering Im chasing a fuel gremlin...y was the 88-90 fuel pressure 10 lbs less??

i've never heard of such a thing, i just double checked my mitchell's guide and all civic/crx are supposed to be 36-41psi with vacuum disconnected, only one that does not spec that is the 1991 civic which states 36-37psi, the 1991 crx still states 36-41psi.

where did you find that it is 10lbs less?
