the hatch glass should be the same, but i'm not 100% on that.
yes, the quarters are different as well. they might be modified to work though, i know for sure that the mounting on the b-pillar is different.
the door glass will in no way fit as its a few inches longer.
someone did the write up on here a while back, might be able to find it with some searching
my brother bought a 91 shell with ef9 power doors on it the conversion seems very straight forward. if you want to do it right though, it includes cutting and replacing sheet metal on the b-pillars so the 88-89 doors seal correctly.
