Icon3 B18c fuel rail leak....Need your input please!!

Okay....3 years ago I swapped a jdm B18c into my 92 Civic. Everything was fine, the fuel rail didnt leak at the time. I put the fuel line on the rail with the 2 crush washers and never thought twice about it. A year later, I pulled the engine to do a wire tuck and paint my engine bay, put the engine back in and again, no leaks. I even used the same crush washers on the banjo bolt. I recently pulled the engine again to do a rebuild and put it back in this week. I bought new crush washers this time and put the fule line back on the fuel rail...same way I always do....and it leaks like crazy. So I tried the old ones...same thing. It leaks.

So I was curious and checked out the diagrams on hondaautomotiveparts and it appears that I'm missing something called a "muffler gasket". I know, it sounds crazy. I might buy one just to see what it is and if it will help. The weird thing is, if I am missing this part, why didn't it leak before?

It's part number 3 in the diagram. Notice how all the crush washers are part number 33...

PLEASE HELP!!!

Most likely it fell out while it was disconnected. stupid **** like that always happens to me. you know you'll end up finding the old one after you replace it lol.

If you actually never had that thing from the beginning, i'd say try to grab one from the scrapper first or go ahead and buy it new. which ever you like.

Mine was leaking like crazy after I swapped mine and it turned out to be my injector o-rings, $4 each from Honda fixed my issue.

He has the same leak I do. It leaks from where the crush washers go. It will start from near the banjo bolt and go down to the fuel line down the bay to the floor. I'm gonna order #3 and 33 also.
