Well what could I have done different since your so good?

I noticed that when I got on a different computer. They looked bright enough on my crappy laptop.


Def. need a better camera. My d100 is like 7-8 years old.

 

1. Shoot at wide apertures, around 2.8-4, so you have a better control over the shutter speeds.
2. If you want to keep everything in focus, use narrow f stops, such as 8-12, and increase the ISO to 400 or so. You can also decrease shutter speeds to make up for f8. Be careful with camera shake if youre handholding.
3. Get a better camera, and switch to Canon

Nothing wrong with the D100, it is capable of great pictures.

another thing is that these shots look like they were taken around noon time...which is the worst part of the day to take pictures due to the harsh flat lighting...

if it was around 5 or 6 pm, many of these pictures would have came out fantastic, because quite frankly, you do know your angles and composition is very good.

What kind of lens were you shooting with btw?
