ITR manifold on B16 ?????Question????

ITR manifold on B16 ?????Question????
I got a ITR p73 manifold and it doesnt have the fitting for the EVAP line on the back. Can I just drill a hole and add the brass fitting or can I run it another way??
The same with the tb, it doesnt have the brass fitting at the top for the evap.
