NGK copper BKR6E-11's
easy to change, take off the plug wire cover, unplug the wires....then get a ratchet, an extension and the spark plug socket and pull them badboys out. make sure the new ones are correctly gapped, if not use the sparkplug gapper tool to gap them to spec (is written on the white sticker under the hood) then put the new ones in being careful not to tighten them too much and plug the plug wires back in, put the cover back on and your good to go.

might also want to put on some anti seize on the treads and some di-electric grease on the contact where the spark plug boot goes on... time to buy a manual? http://www.helminc.com

easy on tighning them... you should torque them but if you can i guess it's ok... i beleive it's 17ft pounds for torqueing them... I think... cant remember for sure...
I just did the whole thing... spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor.
I got the platinum2 spark plugs, and standard(cheapo) wires, cap and rotor.
Everything but the rotor was easy to replace. It takes a little patience to replace the cap rotor, as you have to turn the engine so that you can access the screw that holds that thing in place (thx honda!).
