Default help adjusting skunk2 camber adj (very tight)

alright folks i got a set of secondhand skunk2 camber adjusters, they are in good condition but the previous owner said they where sitting up for 6 months or so, when i got them home i had a go at "opening" the rears, cleaning the threads with a wire brush and some wd40, but they where tight so i thought id seek some advice before i mess them up. i asked a friend and because the centers are aluminim, heating them up is out of the question, so he recomends soaking them in diesel for a day or 2... i never herd of this but if anyone knows anything that works let me know please

anything that is a penetrating solvent/lubricant should also work.

well i just kept at them using nearly half a can of wd40 got 3 loose from the rears but one end would not budge! i had to put it in a vice and use a 18 in stilson, i was really worried that i was screwing up the thread but thought they are only coming out one way! after a while i noticed there was a heap of white cr@p caked in the threads, i dont know what it was maybe the time the last owner put them together there was some dirt on the threads, any way i got the wire brush out gave everything a good going over and all the threads seem fine and all are free, all joins seem a1 too, so im happy out.
