as long as your car is a sedan, aka es2, i believe is what you have, but yes hybrid mirrors should fit all sedans, as they are sedans.....

They will not fit a coupe without extensive modification, but they'll fit the sedan just fine.

Are there any folding mirrors that will perfectly fit an '05 coupe? If not, what does this extensive modification involve? I've noticed quite a few folks on this site have them on their coupes! thanks

The HYBRID sedan mirrors DO fit other 01-05 sedan models. They are ELECTRIC mirror with a MANUAL folding body. I have them on my 05 EX sedan, they plugged in and functioned perfectly. Colors are Taffeta White, Shoreline Mist Metallic, Magnesium Metallic, and Eternal Blue Pearl. But they LOOK so much better than the "aerodynamic non-folding" ones that come on these cars. Why did Honda make that shape for? What if something bumped the mirror? It would'nt fold out of the way now would it?

European coupe mirrors are folding and will work on coupes. That's about it, though.
Sedan mirrors on a coupe leave about a 1" gap on the bottom, between the mirror and door.

how much u paying? Personally, i really don't see the need for folding mirrors rather than cosmetic looks. no one rarely hit ur mirrors when u think about it. well whoever that is, that's just bad driving.

that's just wut i think. LOL

Does it really matter what you pay for them? Personally. I like the way they look compared to the stock non-folding mirrors.

that's wut i think. LOL

Do u REALLY think majority of the drivers would tell the difference? a side mirror is a side mirror... well i guess i'm diff. i would rather save that money for something better because i know how to prioritize in life. don't get me wrong OP can do wutever he wants, it's his car and his money.

but again, that's just wut i think. LAWLS.

Since they didn't make a ton of EM2s over seas they aren't too easy to find. If you do find a set, be prepared to pay a pretty penny for them.

I replaced my mirrors with folding ones, so I don't have to deal with as high of a potential to get broken. I've had two mirrors already get plowed that would have survived had they been foldable.

PS. What does this "LAWLS" business stand for? Does it stand for the more typical "lol"? I guess I don't see the reason for the change. Usually people make acronyms to shorthand statements, not make them longer.

I was wondering this same exact thing. Weird. I wish all the acronyms would die.

toyomatt, were you able to find a set of rare european mirrors or did you fabricate the USDM hybrid mirrors. Fill me in on all the details, please! Reason I'm so inquisitive is that, instead my painting my stock, black, non-folding mirrors, I would rather spend the money to paint the better looking, better functioning folding mirrors. Thanks for all the imput!

I had to completely modify my door panels and mirrors to fit the hybrid mirrors. I wasn't about to spend $350 a mirror for EDM's.
