Default B16a swap not starting

Need some help guys. I recently swaped a b16a into my 91 da and at first it started for about 5 sec and then died out. Now its not starting at all but still cranking. Now the car is converted to obd1. Distributor and ecu is known to be working because it came off my friends B16. Recently did the wire tuck and swap the only thing that I can thing of is buying a new engine harness. This is not the one that I had on my B18 before I started doing the wire tuck. I replaced the harness because my dog had chewed it up and I picked one up from a member on a local forum. Im getting spark and fuel all my grounds I redid with new wires. I did the timing once then my boy came over and did the timing then my uncle came over and did the timing with me. So 3x and still nothing. Here is what it sounds like hopefully someone knows.....

Getting two codes which are 20 - Electronic load detected and code 6 - which I think is ECT (temp sensor). Ive been trying to get this running for about 2 weeks or more and am running out of ideas. Thanxx

do a leak down test, test compression, and like worx said check the timing, and make sure no slack in the timing belt, check plug wires for correct location on distrib

Timing is on. Like i said it was done 3x and its still not starting. Now the wires on the distributor should be like this right? 3 4
1 2

and im going to do a leakdown test and compression test today so well see what happens.
