my car took a dump and this thing makes a weird sound when i click the hazard light button. what is it? (oh and this isnt a pic of my car or an ef)

Low power would cause it to not function properly. Maybe your alternator isn't charging your battery properly? Is the car cranking?

 

yeah the car is cranking, and sometimes would start. sometimes it wont crank. and when it would start it would die right away unless you keep on the gas. maybe it could be the alternator? i just changed it, but i could of fried it?
