Anyone got the jg/edelbrock intake manifold???
Has anyone personally tested the jg/edelbrock intake manifold with their stock (internals)GSR ?? What would be better with I/H/E on a GSR the Victor X or the Skunk2 ??
I have the skunk2 its crazy fast in my gsr. And almost half the price the edelbrock gets power from 7,000 to 10,000 rpms. Its more of a racing header I think the skun2 can be daily driven and sounds great with nuts thottle response, vetec feels pull is dramatically increased, with no engine light. but you may want a fuel rail and regulator to give it more gas that its needs.
Isn't the s2im about 260 and the victor x about 330. I know there was a groupbuy in the FI forum. I have yet to hear a response from an NA teg owner that has installed on of these. Supposedly the victor is like stock to 6000, and then pulls from there.

what's the overall diff. between the 2 besides the price of course...i have a skunk2 on my gs-r & like it. i haven't heard much about jg/edelbrock.
how do you mean pulled harder...you mean it opened up the runners more?
& do they fit the same (sensors. tb..)?

with both mainfolds you'll lose power over some part of the rev band if you're running an otherwise stock setup.
jg is geared more towards FI

there's a reason for the dual stage stock design. it makes the gs-r a much more streetable car.
