Bad alternator?
So I just got some issues fixed with my radiator and now I was driving home and my battery light comes on. I try to get home as soon as possible right before I get home my speedometer stopped working aswell as the radio. Car was still on aswell as the HID lights... tried to turn it off and back on to see if it would fix the problem and now it won't turn on.
Im preety sure its a bad alternator unless a battery can die that quick....

had that problem.. check your charging system with a voltmeter.. it'll tell you if u have juice on your battery and to see if ur alternator is not cranking up enough juice.. at first i thought it was the battery but it was the alternator .if its the alternator.. make sure you charge you battery before running the new alternator..goodluck
Check your grounds, both on the valve cover side and the tranny side. If they need cleaned, do so.
If the problem persists then it sounds like you have a bad alternator.

i dont got a voltage meter unfortunately. Car won't turn on again, a friend gave me a jump start and it turned on so im preety sure the battery is OK. Unfortunately I left my toolbox at my friends house so I couldn't take off the positive wire to see if it was the alternator. But after turning off and trying to start it again it wouldn't start.
Tomarrow my friend is coming with a used b16 alternator and we are gonna take my old one out have it tested while we charge the battery. If the alternator is good then its a ground issue or fuse issue.
