Default Carbon Fiber Hood dilema!!!

Ok so here is the deal i have recently purchased a NICE CF hood from one of the members here and had it shipped for ID. When it arrived it was all well in good..Well about a week ago i walked out to do something and saw it sticking up a little bit "IT WAS CRACKED" so i took it off and threw the steel one on..The way the hood is made is that it has a CF frame underneath and like a smooth Kevlar top the top peice is comeing away from the top..So here is my question what would be a good EPOXY or what ever to get that back to new, is there some tricks of the trade or is there a compund out there that will work to keep it all in contact..I need to know where to buy the stuff cause i have looked and have found nothing..So LMK what you guys and girls have..Thanks any info helping me is much appriciated..

Thanks alot

I would have to see it, but it really depends on what's going on down in that crack. If the resin is cracked, but not too badly down to the fabric, then you might be able to grind it out and literally "fill" it with more resin, then sand it down and paint a clear coat on it. if the fabric is torn, or split, then you're out of luck.

Sometimes, if you get lucky, then the clear coat is cracked and then resin underneath is still good. You can fix that by just sanding it out and re-clear coating it.
