Default No power at starter signal fuse

Car will not start. Will work when push start. Did a search nothing helpful. Starter is good, did voltage tests and everything is good except there is no power at the starter signal ( the small black wire that goes to the starter). Clutch wire was jumped and everything was checked. The fuse 7.5amp has no power at all which is the starter signal. Any idea please help.
Thanks

The ignition switch or starter cut relay may be bad.

Either the main relay has gone bad or the ignition relay has gone bad...you can bet on that. Also, make sure your contacts are clean on the battery, starter, alternator, chassis ground, and such...sometimes the wires aren't making contact with bare metal and that will cause the power signal to be diminished or not present at all.
