Audio: tweeters stop working at high volume
sup guys, when i have music up passed about 58 (out of 62) my tweeters just stop working. i turn down my music to 0 and bring it back up it works again. any idea what could be wrong? or the tweets just can't take it. probably a different tuning on the amp perhaps.
i.c.e. are as follows:
Pioneer pdh5000 headunit
MB Quarts component speakers front (*tweeters in question)
Kicker coaxial rear speakers
Performance technique 320/4 4 chan
JL Audio 500/1 TMA monoblock
JL Audio 12w3 subwoofer
thanks

As someone who works in a night club, I can tell you that night clubs are loud.
You might as well upgrade the tweeters if you're pulling them out.
