For a stock B16, the P30 (obd1 b16 intake manifold) will make more power than the ITR manifold. Unless you have higher compression and cams, go with the P30 manifold. The ITR might make a couple more peak hp but you will loose a lot of midrange and imo its not worth it.

The ITR TB is only two mm larger than most throttle bodies.

ITR - 62mm
B16/B18 - 60mm
1st gen B16 - 58mm

As far as intakes, different diameter intakes will reach peak volumetric efficiency at different rpms. Just get an ebay 3" intake for a crx and a K&N filter.

Thx gringo, good informational. But, first of all, I'm in Cali.fornia
3'' intakes and K&N are not CARB legal. - - and for now i'm stuck with the P72 IM and TB.

I'm a little confused, because what i need is a 62mm intake piping which fits a 90 hatch and is carb legal. If I pick up one from, lets say, AEM - fitted for a 90 civic, i assume it comes in the 60mm diameter. (Couldn't find specs on the intakes.)

Is there anyway i get fit the ITR TB to the stock intake?
Simple question - What intakes are used for EF civics with Type-R swaps? We can assume everything is swapped to stock specs.

just go buy a silicone boot/hosing connector thingy, and heat it up to stretch it onto the tb. that's what i did when i put an ls tb on my d15... works great!

Actually most all intakes are 2.5" or 3" in diameter. (The diameter of the tubing has nothing to do with it being carb legal.) Since 62mm = 2.44 inches you would be fine with either one.

-ITR tb will bolt to almost any B series intake manifold, the bolt pattern is the same.

-AEM makes an intake for B-series in a CRX/Civic that is carb legal and I would bet that it's 3" in diameter.

DCRB - I think I know what you are talking about. Like a rubber coupler or something. I'll see what i can find.

Anyone know how much for a USDM P30 IM? ~ with what TB is good combo?

**** up for getting the ITR IM..with my eyes lit up.

-EDIT-

Going for the USDM P30 IM.
Needs recommendations on what packaging. Example - IM + TB + Fuel Rail - Injectors
Do I need it all? (Running '94 B16a)
