Heater not blowing? climate control?

I just started having this problem after a new swap.
96 honda civic coupe with D16y7.
Ill have the car on for about 30 mins, and the heater starts to blow hot, then cuts off. As i step on the gas to raise the rpm, the heater starts blowing hot again.
Heater core is good, blower is good, all the hoses are warm, thermostat is gone.
Im thinking my water pump going out?
any info would be appreciated.
Also, any one have a pic of where the wire that moves the "cold/hot" on the climate control goes to? i did a dash swap, and i think i ripped this beeesh out., the one that connects to the bottom of the blower

Top off the coolant in the reservoir and radiator and then bleed the cooling system:
(Procedure may take 20-30 minutes)
1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.
2) Push the dash heater lever/**** to MAX heat.
3) Follow the directions in the diagram below (your engine does not have a bleed bolt so skip that step below):
