my cousin is trying to convert his DPFI 88 crx to MPFI so far he changed the dash harness and the engine harness. he has spark but no fuel got 12v at the relay and only 2v at the fuel pump, also the body harness is still from the dx. any suggestions would be helpful. thanx.

 

is that wire by the thermostat grounded? i'm not sure about 88, but my 91 gets ground to the main relay from that point.
