Default GSR Stroker

A guy on EBAY is selling an Integra GSR crank and pistons. He says you can put them in a B16 block to bump displacement to 1.8. Won't a longer stroke cause the pistons to rise up above the top of the B16 block?

HELL NO. don't buy it unless you wanna do some major modification to that kit. sounds fishy to me. i've never heard of this before.
