ok i have a 97 civic with a ctr cluster.....ok im driving along and then the needle starts to wobble startin at 3k (rpms) all the way to 4500 (rpms)...... also my tach is off by 500 rpms sooo i have vtec kicking in at 5k (with neptune rtp) but the cluster will read its kicking in at 5500 rpms... i have no idea whats going on.... i started trouble shooting it by swapping in my factory ex cluster still does the same. then i tryed my ctr cluster in a freinds car it works fine... so what should i test next??? could it be the pick up in my dizzy..
