Icon3 Help!! - B16 Turbo & AEM FI/C

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me,I bought a EG civic hatch with a B16, turbonetics conversion. All this ran fine until a friend wound up the boost too much and it put a hole through one of the pistons, so a full rebuild was carried out.

Also while this being done, new larger 440 injectors, an AEM Fuel Rail and Regulator were put on,and finally an AEM FI/C Brain.

The Aem brain is my problem as I'm not sure what to connect too, I realise I need to do the injectors, and want to correct fuelling and timing.

Can anyone help me on which wires to connect to and the layout???

Any help would be much appreciated.....
Chris

if you can't follow it search around and you should figure out what wires go where. If you are completely lost i would hire someone. tuning is not something you just decide to do one day.

Cheers Dude,

Already have the manual, I've been playing with cars for years, I don't want to pay someone until it needs finally the computer plugged in.

I have done the TPS connection, both main earths, and the sensor earth to the tps earth as I have no MAF sensor. The injectors are all done, Camshaft and crankshaft sensors are done as these are Mag sensors, and have the feed wire in place.

When I upload the basic mapping with the injector adjustment done the AEM accepts it, but the car will not start, put the by pass lead in with the brain out the loop and it will start??

This is why I'm asking, confused? I could list what I've wired too if that would help?

Get rid of the piggy back. You could have gone with a chipped obd1 ecu for cheaper and have much more tunability.

I wish I'd just plugged a Hondadata unit in and been done but I've been chatting to AEM as well.

This unit is so frustrating!!!!
