mods- MSD external coil, dc header (smashed at the bottom), intake, and a custom exhaust, and a jdm b16 ecu

ok i been having this trouble for alittle bit and was wanting some feedback..bought this car from a guy on here and noticed it has a partial thorttle miss when i use around 20-50% thorttle but goes away if i use 100% thorttle well i figured at the time it just needed a tune up..so i changed plugs and plug wires and put a stock b16 map on it cause it has a s100 tune but was VERY rich so i changed it out and seemed like it got worse..im gonna yank that msd bullshit out tomorrow and see if thats it but just wanna get some knowledge if anyone has ever had this problem
