so i went to check out a 98 civic for my sister yesterday. everything is clean and motor is clean. 122k miles. we got the car for 3k with a clean title as well.

so i was concern with the motor and how the car drives motor than anything else. so that checked out all fine. so does the ac/heater. ok car is home and today i was checking it out again..

i notice when i use the power locks the driver side is the only one that goes up and down..the rest doesnt..i opened the panel on the passenger door to inspect whatever i can find thats holding it back..nothing. doesnt seem like anything is holding it down..im sure the fuse is fine, but now im wondering is there a relay anywhere that relates to the power locks? any help is appreciated. thanks

 

the lock actuator might be gone.
