its a p28 with neptune
is this safe to hook up to my car..he said it was tuned for ls vtec but he had a b16 and now hes selling it i dont want my car to blow up ahah..how can i really tell its tuned on neptune should i just look for a chip or is neptune not like the reg chip sockets
