i need help!!
i have a 1991 civic hatchback with a obd-0 dohc zc swap. well my car was driving fine. started noproblem drove no problem.two weekends ago i drove to my national guard unit and parked my car that sunday morning. when i went to go to lunch that day my car wouldnt start. my car wouldnt even turn over.i turned the key and nothing happens. i even tried putting on a new starter. still nothing. i tried roll starting it. nothing! i've tried all sorts of stuff. i've checked the grounds. i took them off and cleaned them. i've replaced relays and even the fusebox. any advise anyone?
Do your interior lights come on when you put the key in?
Have you checked the fuses located in the engine bay?
When you turn the key to ON do you hear the fuel pump prime for a few seconds and then shut off?
Also might want to try using jumper cables just to verify your grounds. hook one to your engine and one to battery ground.

i checked the engine bay fuses. i even tried strait wiring them and i tried jumping the car off. the car has power. when i put the key in and turn in all power comes on it just wont turn over. i know a good bit about working on cars but whatever the problem is i must be overlooking.
what do you mean by a b+. i dont have an alarm. i checked the code on the ecu. it blinks 10 times fast and stops and it repeats the same thing.the #10 code is the (iat) INTAKE AIR TEMP. SENSOR. LOCATED ON THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. WOULD THAT MAKE IT NOT TURN OVER THOGH? OR START?
