Default Radiator question. Do I buy for chassis or motor?

Yes I did search and didn't find the info I was looking for.

SO last night i left work to go to a friend's house when i start smelling something like maple syrup. i drive down the block and see my temp gauge is at "H" and shut it off. I could see steam coming out of the bay and my radiator was all wet.

So now my question is, do i buy a radiator for my 90 hatch or for the b16a?
I see ebay listings say for 90 hatch and then say d series so it leads me to believe it matters on the motor? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Are you sure the radiator is bad and not possibly a headgasket?

If you are using a full length radiator now, just buy a radiator for a 90 hatch and be done with it. The only b16 that came in the states were the Del Sol VTEC model and the 99-00 Si which both use half radiators that will not mount without some fab in your engine bay.

You can also use a 90-93 integra radiator. That will also work.

Make sure your hoses are good & all the clamps are tight before you get a new radiator

Fill up with water again and run it to see where it's leaking.

Since you overheated replace the thermostat regardless to what the major problem turns out to be.
