its not for me, a buddy wants to cut a lip i gave him to fit it on his jdm front.

I tried the other way around: Taking a JDM lip and tried to fit it on an USDM bumper...The result...No no. It can't not be done cleanly either way.

Sell it and buy a replica if your friend is going to modify it. He'll have extra money on the side for material and paint.
Don't destroy a perfect oem lip.
