Default d16z6 high compression question

i'll be running around 11:1 compression, and i have a few questions

will i need a stronger starter or battery?
the reason i ask is because stock it's 9.1:1 and 11:1 is a significant gain and i'm wondering if my factory start has the chutzpa to turn it over

i was going to ask about the timing belt, but since i'm building it without cutting corners i figure i'll get a stonger one as well

I had 12.5:1 in my old Z6 with Crower 3 cam. No issues. Cranked a bit slow but sure No issues with stock Gates/Unitta belt. My current D15B2 has 12.6:1 and its a lot easier being non-VTEC and has Bisimoto level 2.2 cam.
