Icon3 Acura Integra Transmission Compatibility

Ok so i have a b18a1 with a shot automatic transmission on it and i needed to know if the manual transmission from an 87 Acura Integra RS (i think it has a brown top) will fit onto my b18a1. and if not what transmission can i use?

I'm not too sure if that will or not, I think it may have the same pattern as a D series but am not quite too sure and the splines for the clutch may be different.

Is this a daily driver and are you looking for a stock feel transmission or one for speed.

a1 and ys1 transmissions are some of the cable ls transmissions that will work. Then you could also get a b16 transmission that came on jdm crx's and ef's and it'd be quick but higher rpms while driving casually

no the 87 will not work its a d seriers pattern. Its the same as a ZC
