is this true about eg foglights?

so i heard that on the inside of the eg bumper theres an line where to cut for your fogs...and where to put your screws...is that true?

well i have the splash guard so its in the way...too lazy to take it off..

Yes the inside of the bumper has marks where you need to cut it for the 99-00 models. You also have to remove the bumper too.
