Default ILL GARAGE SFWD EK MONSTER!

Lets cut to the point. Plain and simple this is what we do and what we build here at ILL GARAGE. Stay tuned for more pics and videos. Also lookout for our 2 k series monsters coming very very soon.

Some video footage...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mq0jnZ3lAws

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0cXQBlQdKw

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kB2KdAcCXzw

Remember this was on very low boost, no antilag, no 2 step and traction nowhere to be found. We just wanted to get the car down the track a few times before throwing some serious power at it. Look for a new video and times within the next 3 weeks. We plan to hit the track and crack 9s.

Here are the current times and the boost levels...All these times were run with no 2step and no antilag and baby boost for the s372r.

12.0 at 132 on 14psi
11.0 at 132 on 14psi
10.88 at 134 on 14psi
10.65 at 135 on 14psi
10.61 at 135 on 18psi
10.5 at 141 on 24psi
10.4 at 144 on 26psi
10.3 at 145 on 26 psi

Thanks everyone and I will have pictures up tomorrow afternoon. The car is much faster than the times posted, we just havent turned up the boost to the 35 to 40psi we plan to run. We have only made it to the track 3 times all season. Stay posted though, we should have updates continuously.

I love the enthusiasm.

What do you expect to do to "find" traction at high boost?

We plan on lowering the tire pressure and work with the boost by gear a bit more.

We are gonna try and make it out to the track next weekend and see if we can crack 9s on 26-28psi with 2step and antilag this time. Then we will turn up the boost to about 35psi and see what the car does and just keep turning it up from there.

Want to get something out from the midwest that is competitive. Trying to iron out tranny issues and go with a bigger tire eventually. We've gone through 3 trannies over the coarse of 15 dyno runs and 10 passes on the 1320. Some tranny issues we had were: 4th gear sheared teeth @ 35psi on the dyno, broke a 3.9 axle on a low boost run. Got the baller liberty gearset 1-4 with fd and new 5.9s and broke 1st on the input shaft. Getting the tranny back together and will be making passes next week.

here's a engine pic..

Very cool car! Out of interest what sort of speeds are you seeing at half track (200m / 1/8th mile)? Just want to compare to the car we race here in England
