This is the main plug, it's white and plugs in on the inner part of the door, I've reached in past the window rails and pulled on the plug, but it will NOT come out. Are there clips you need to squeeze down on beforehand??

This is one of those things where It's harder to explain than to do it. Is it that you can't pull it out far enough to plug up? or it won't stay in place to plug in?

I'm trying to swap out to a new door harness I bought from another member, the inner door plug literally feels like it's super glued, most honda plugs have some sort of clip mechanism, but there's just not enough room to feel around for the clips

Are you talking about the big molex plug?
The one that plugs in under the hinge?

There was a clip on the other side holding it in, I battled it for about 30 minutes but finally got it. Apparently a decade of sitting there doing nothing can seize things......................go figure?
