what MTF to use

Default what MTF to use

its a 91 crx, i dont know if its the stock transmission but its a 5 speed, the code is L 3-2079387, what transmission fluid do i need

10w-30 is what spec calls for. you can use a mix of 10w-30 and pennzoil/gm synchromesh w/ friction modifier if you so choose. some people even run 100% synchromesh

yeah i was looking to just get the pennzoil syncromesh but i figured id ask first just to be safe, anyone using this? is it any good?

never used the Pennzoil but Amsoil syncromesh is fantastic stuff

i dont really have a honda dealer near by, so im looking for a good alternative that i could get at an autozone or something

i run 10w-30 and pz sm. works great. i would of used gm's synchromesh with friction modifier but i couldn't find any locally.

Snychromesh for life Thats all I have ever used. You should be able to get it at autozone and it like 7 something a quart. You need 2
