Hey guys

If you get Skunk2 lowering springs only....which lowers the car about 2".....and then you put on TI-5s 18x7.5 in front and 18x8.5 in the back....are you going to rubb? Will it even fit? Now I'm worried......

Probably not. I had 17x9 +45s on the back with 255/40/17s and it didn't rub.

It depends on the wheel offset and tire size. You'll most likely be fine unless you have some insane offset.

Upfront I'm running 215/35 or 40......and in the back 235/40 or 45....I'm pretty sure the offsets for both are 40..

I was just worried about the springs...they make the car go lowwww

You'll be fine. Just use a little neg. camber if needed.

Well, they're on my car now.

The Skunk2 springs are weird. I reversed the directions, and put 9 in the back, 8 up front so I wouldn't have the "boat effect." Right now, the back is nice and snug, with a less than 1 finger gap...but the front has a 2 finger gap. I didn't preload the suspension.

You guys think it will settle in the front in the next few weeks?

 

Skunk2 springs either sit too high up front or out back. You went with them because they were the cheapest name brand springs available.
