Default crx water pump fittings?

can a D16a6 water pump fit my stock 91 crx HF?

a vtec water pump on a non vetc motor does it matter? Mines in leaking water badly.

The 91 Civic Si and 91 CRX HF are the same part numbers.

Just go to Autzone.com and check the part numbers, if they are the same, they will interchange with each other.

water pump numbers are the same on autozone.com. so yes, you can use an si water pump on an hf

Thats what I was saying but maybe he went to the store and the CSR's are stupid for one reason or another...

Try Advance Auto if the parts people at Auto Zone are incapable of looking up the correct parts like the people around my area are..

i kind of started late so it got dark and I didnt finish. I got to the part of taking out the plastic. I was wondering do i have to take out the crank pulley to change the water pump of can i slide by not doing that? Any suggestions?

You can loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the timing belt off, change out the water pump.
