i was wondering if the miles are stored to the guage cluster or stored to the ECU? i have heard diff from 2 local dealers. i did do a quick search and came up with nothing. my reason for wondering is, someone local had a car listed i was looking at for my sister w/ 25k and 2 months later its relisted with only 13k. i know on the older cars it was just as simple as swapping them out, didnt think it was still that easy! damn scammers. thanks

 

Not in the gauge cluster.

 

I would think the ECU stores it and the Cluster is just a display.

 

the seller says i could take the car to honda to verify it, he is claiming error in the add originally.

 

What is there to add?
