Default Clicking Inside the Door

I hear a clicking from the inside of my passenger side door panel. Every time I brake or hit a bump I hear the clicking, also my dash door open/seatbelt light flashes and beeps, the light stays on until I accelerate the car. I think the clicking is coming from the seatbelt trying to lock like it was an emergency stop. I would go to my local Honda and have them replace it under warranty but my car is savage title, which voids the seatbelt warranty.

Anyone experience this problem and had it solved?

Well you must have a short somewhere. The only time the seat belt tentioner clicks is when its circuit gets interrupted like removing its fuse.
The beeper can be unplugged its in the little plastic housing next to the rear veiw mirror, just open it up and unplug it.

Does it sound like a large something clicking? Or just a small piece of plastic noise?

My door lock sometimes rattles against the door card. Though perhaps your hearing something from the passengers suspension area? It's difficult to locate noises when you're driving.

Small click, but im pretty sure its coming from the seatbelt, causing the light to flicker

I took off the door panel and drove the car. While breaking I reached over to one of the seat belt tensioner and felt it as I was braking. I could feel it clicking from inside. I removed the electrical plugs that leads to the tensioner. The beeping, clicking and seatbelt/Door light stopped its flashing.

I was worried about the seatbelts not locking during a hard stop. I called one of my friend to sit in the passenger seat while I hit the brakes and the belt did lock. I'm planning on replacing the tensioner when i have time to get to the junkyard (next week). I did this to get rid of the annoying clicks and dash light.

Any idea what these 3 plus inside the door panel control?..and how safe is it having a passenger sitting in the car?
